Does Xiaomi 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 2 Have Pass-through Charging?

Hi all,

I bought this Power Bank earlier this year - Xiaomi 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 2

Does anyone know if it supports pass-through charging, ie. can I run a 5v 1.5a device while charging using a 5-6v power supply?
I have browsed various Google results for the last 20 minutes but only found mixed answers (some saying yes, others saying no)

Does anyone have this exact power bank that can vouch if it does or does not have pass-through charging?

    I have this powerbank. It has pass through charging.

    I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Maybe I wasn't plugged in to a high enough capacity charger for pass through to work though.

    Under "Main Features" it says "Support charging and discharging simultaneously"

    If you're charging a phone from the bank, and charging the bank from the wall: does the phone keep charging uninterrupted or is there some break?
