I see it as a cracker of a deal. Especially as I was looking at the Large plan for the SAME price which is 20gb of DATA and no international benefits.

Telstra chat is unable to confirm whether or not screen ensure can be included, but on Samsung's terms, it states the following; "Participating Retail Store" means each of the Samsung Online Stores, Samsung Stores, Telstra stores operated by Telstra Corporation Limited ACN 051 775 556

  Wow a great deal for those needing a Telstra connection. They must've done it in response to the new Optus deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/329763) - $127 for 100GB - probably the best data allowance deal so far. Voda probably have the worst plans now.

  Actually this Note8 plan with tablet and wireless charger is even cheaper than the equivalent iPhone8+ 64GB plan, which is also discounted $20/mth, to $135 for 60GB but with no tablet or wireless charger included.

    Yep, the big telco's can't be too far away from unlimited plans. But good to see Telstra have finally got some good DATA heavy plans. Good for people like myself who are restricted to Telstra.

      Don't forget to contact the online chat staff to add your 5gb of extra data. Ended up with the $10 discount as mentioned above and then 5gb extra per month. The latest online chat person said it was for accounts with mutltiple numbers but got it after a few minutes of them checking.

      hereforabargain: perfect, and then porting the number over do I have to try cancel with vodafone first?
      Telstra: another good news, you will also be eligible for the bonus 5GB data to make it 65GB per month if you will port your service with us :)
