Sony KD55X9000E (Need Some Questions bout Soundsystem)

Hello everyone as some of you already know I'm considering to upgrade and decided to upgrade to Sony KD55X9000E alongside with Surround Sound Logitech Z906 5.1 I was told that the system will not be compatible with the tv and run into issues can someone please help me out thanks in advance
