I had bought tickets over a month ago to the Vamps concert that is this upcoming Saturday. I checked my Ticketek account and the previous order has been cancelled and I have automatically been re-booked into another seat without my permission/knowledge (FIVE days before the event). I only bought these tickets because they were good seats and now the seats that they have reissued me are not good seats. How do I go about getting a refund? These seats are not worth the paper they are printed on and would like them to be available to other people who want to go.

say its a major problem - you would not have booked seats in that area
Last option - credit card dispute - Thank you will try their numbers. I have also booked for other events under that account. If I dispute a credit card chargeback, is there a chance the other tickets get cancelled aswell? - They possibly could on a charge back but they would have to refund you all the tickets , normally just referencing accc laws gives you enough to get them to refund - I have gotten into contact with them and they have told me to expect a call in 24 hours informing me of a decision. In the off chance that I do not get granted a refund, will the consumer law triumph their terms and conditions of sale (below post). What should I say in terms of referencing the consumer law in the off chance I have to bring it up?
 - @sixpointnine: when ufc changed everyone was quoting - https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees… - What is a major problem? - A product or good has a major problem when: - it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
 it is unsafe
it is significantly different from the sample or description
it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.- Everyone was arguing that people would not attend ufc because of a MAJOR PROBLEM - the main fight changed and they got refunds , you would have to argue that had the seats been the ones described you would not have purchased and that they are significantly different - a major problem - if they dont give a refund you can make a complaint and have accc contact them - https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/complaints-problems/make-a…
 - @qwerty: Thank you, your feedback has been alot of help. Hopefully it does not get to this stage and they just give me a refund.
 - @qwerty: They eventually called me back denying my refund, however I had bought up consumer laws, however the operator did not really understand what that was. I accepted that I had lost my bid against ticketek. - 3 Hours later, they called back and granted my refund request. Once again thanks alot :)

 - Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale - specifically -Variations to performances or events - The Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity. - Is there any chance of getting my money back? - I wouldn't hold my breath If I were you.

 - Their terms and conditions do not superceed consumer protection law - tons of people got refunds when ufc changed its main event but their TOS says they dont have to do that .

 - If this happened to me, I would be pissed. Go get them, but good luck

Try calling Ticketek; they have a phone number right?
Edit: What kind of paper do they print them on?!
