    So that's Ticket for music only?

    I'm after the rum and the ribs.. So if they're extra as it seems, that's kinda sucky.

    Not all rum lovers like reggae.. Id say it's a minority even..

      Mate, for $20, I'd also love unlimited free rum, ribs.

      The ticket is for entry to the festival (~15 bands/DJ's according to the website). If you've been in a band before, you'd know that exposure is key for success.

        What i mean is I'd prefer free entry, no music, paid rum and ribs (but slight discount on each.. The idea being to sell bottles of rum in the future rather than short term gouging from the festival)

        Or $100-$120 entry, free rum and ribs (just like plenty of existing whisky events)

          You can go to the distillery any time to get free entry, and then pay for rum.

          I don't know how much the ribs are going to cost, but lets say $20. $20+$20 entry leaves $60-$80. You can have 8-10 $8 beers/cocktails for that price..

          I for one, welcome festivals and other events in Perth. I think all this stemmed from Spring in the Valley, but it always got so messy. You might also be interested in this: http://www.moshtix.com.au/v2/event/spring-ball-in-the-valley… $180 will get you free champagne and food!
