I've always had a problem using the AliExpress iPad App with Cashrewards. Cashrewards provides instructions on their website (see below), but they are either wrong, I'm misunderstanding them, or they don't match my situation.
My Situation
I have the AliExpress App. From a logged-in Cashrewards Safari session, I tap on 'Shop Now' and it takes me to AliExpress page on Safari. The AliExpress App doesn't open, and there is no 'Download' anywhere on the screen. If I now manually switch to the AliExpress App, most purchases will be recorded by Cashrewards, but not all. (Using the App often results in cheaper prices.)
Is anyone else having similar issues, or have a better solution?
Cashrewards instructions: (from Instructions)
Purchases made using the AliExpress App are now eligible for rewards as long as the following conditions are met:
1. Download & install the AliExpress App from iTunes or Google Play.
2. From your preferred mobile browser, you MUST begin from a logged-in Cashrewards session and search for AliExpress on your phone/tablet.
3. When you tap 'Shop Now' or 'Go to Store', your device will automatically open the AliExpress App, or you will be presented with an option to download the App.
4. If the App opens automatically, great. You're on your way.
5. If the App does not open automatically, select 'Download' at top of screen and the App will open.
6. Shop as normal.
My Support Request to Cashrewards
Hi, I'd like to shop using the iPad AliExpress app, but your description of how to do this doesn't fit my experience. From CashRewards I select "Shop Now", and it takes me to AliExpress page in Safari. There is no "Download" option, but there is a "Save big on our app" button which takes me to a web page where I can choose to open the Apple App Store and then select the AliExpress app. Is this what you mean, or is there a better solution?

Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties when trying to access the AliExpress App. When you selected the option 'Save Big on our App' button on AliExpress' website and it redirected to the Apple App store, were you able to download their App onto your iPad?
If so, you can download the App and for future purchases and be able to use this with Cashrewards going forward. Once downloaded, the following steps should now apply:
1. Login to the Cashrewards website and search for AliExpress on your phone/tablet.
2. When you tap 'Shop Now' or 'Go to Store', your device will automatically open the AliExpress App.
3. If the App opens automatically, great. You're on your way.
4. Shop as normal.
