Anyone Try Colour Blindness Correction Glasses?

I am a colour blind person. I have seen an ad about a company claiming to sell colour correction glasses. They cost 400 - 600 USD. And another type for indoor use with similar cost. Just checking if anyone has tried them or know anyone who may have.

  • "I am a colour blind person".

Thank Goodness! For a second I thought you were a non-colour blind person trying to buy colour blind correction spectacles.

Those non colour blind people are sneaky like that.

But does it really matter? There is a lot of debate if humans see the same colours as each other or not.

    • OP is on this forum asking this community for their experiences and here you are so quick to disregard his impairment. If you don't want to be involved in the conversation why bother commentating?

  • logan paul did

  • I'm putting that down as something new learned today

Might not seem like much but knowing people who are colour blind not once has this ever come up by them.

Although it seems it doesn't help everyone it's amazing to know that there is something to aid a vast majority to see full colour something we or at least i take for granted.

  • They allow you to perceive more colours, but you still won't perceive them the way a person with normal colour vision would

Do you even understand how offensive your bigoted hate-speech is? Your chromatic-normative patriarchy is oppressing me and literally worse than Hitler.

I sexually Identify as an Attack Helicopter. Ever since I was a boy I dreamed of soaring over the oilfields dropping hot sticky loads on disgusting foreigners. People say to me that a person being a helicopter is impossible and I'm retarded but I don't care, I'm beautiful. I'm having a plastic surgeon install rotary blades, 30 mm cannons and AMG-114 Hellfire missiles on my body. From now on I want you guys to call me "Apache" and respect my right to kill from above and kill needlessly. If you can't accept me you're a heliphobe and need to check your vehicle privilege. Thank you for being so understanding.

      • No worries Tyrone

      • Are you on ice?

        • supnigs I thought you were dead. Also this comment is ironic coming from the gibberish master himself

        • uh. Okay, I would of come up with a more constructive reply exclusively for you but kinda being stalked right now by kid computers - she's going for the kill button.

  • I would do a lot of research. Doesn't sound possible to me.
Colour blindness is a very easy attribute to test for. Am sure there will be some Ishihara? tests on Internet. Very easy to diagnose and is just a different way of seeing colours. It explained why my dad could never match his socks!

Could be just expensive cellophane plastic.

You could try shades of cellophane colour to see more obvious differences that you would normally can't see.

Cost $3 a roll at news agencies or kmart.

  • A friend tried them. They so boost the intensity of colours for him and those that aren't colour blind
