        While it's true that it'll get replaced by the Remote Plus, the one time I believe I will need a Motionplus, it will be bundled in some way with Zelda Skyward Sword ;)

        The MotionPlus has been out for almost 1.5 years, and less than two dozen games support it, and only three games require it. I'd be surprised if that changes just because the MotionPlus is built into the new remotes.

    nice deal i'm in the market to pick up some wiimotes for the dolphin-emulator :) love using the wiimote on the PC + emu its awesome.

    fyi: To find the wiimote in windows bluetooth stack when searching for device press 1 and 2 on the wiimote and it will pop up in the bluetooth search, then click on it to pair! :) Dolphin will do the rest!

    • If u get yourself a wireless infrared receiver it works great

    The wiimote only uses it as a beacon to locate the TV position it serves no other purpose nor does it send any data! to the PC or when its in use with a Wii consol.

    The wiimote does it all :) its awsome.

      I Just got back from dicksmith chatswood and they guy at the counter had to get the manager to check on this deal befor approving it :) left the store with 2 wiimotes for the price of one! awesome deal, but i recommend picking up the extra bundle with it for $20, you get 2 rechargable batteries a charger and extra stuff! well worth it! as the wiimotes come with just normal batteries!

      If your going to use it buy now if not then buy later, but the wiimote will be replaced with only wiimote+ motion add on built in so later on you may not get these prices! as even with the strong aussie dollar game console accessories are always pricey!

    Good deal! I ordered one and for some reason, it was giving listing down the free Wii as "5 x", and I couldn't amend it. The summary was saying I had 6 items in my shopping cart. I wonder if I'll actually receive 6 wiimotes for the price of one?!?

    Although I alreayd have 2 and have stopped playing my wii…5 free wii remotes justifies this purchase :)
    got the blue ones. the contrast with white silicon grip looks nicer than the opaque black ones.

    I believe the law considers offers and prices as an 'offer to treat'. As in, if the seller finds something 'wrong' with the price or the goods/quantity offered to be supplied (honest mistake) then it doesn't have to be supplied and the offer withdrawn…except where they take a payment, whether automatic or not, then the waters become really murky. Except I believe they should stand by the offer, it's not as if DSE/Woolworths can't afford to lose a few dollars for once…

    I am quite well respected for my legal knowledge in various areas, while not a lawyer I have extremely good legal experience and skills…but my knowledge of consumer law is just slightly above basic, so take what I've said with a large pinch of salt. If you have ordered and DSE show signs of not honouring and you want to take a stab at it

      white ones were never part of the deal, it has always been on buy one get one free.
      only the blue, black and pink ones had the buy one get one free deal, but most, if not all have been sold out by now.

      The cheapest I've ever seen them at for locally genuine remotes.
      It's too easy to buy into a fake remote online and I'd rather not take the chance.

    EDIT: I've also just received an email with a tracking number for my order, which still clearly states the 1x + 5x.

      Quite sus isn't it? They ship us the free one. Then the extra ones they can "refund" because they're out of stock, but there's no price on the refund so all's well for them.

    Where does it say 4 wiimotes will be delivered when they have stock? If you look at their back order policy, they can cancel and provide a refund if they can't restock it, or they can source at a higher price from suppliers with stock available, and offer us to purchase at that higher price.

    Mine is the same, partially delivered, looks like I might miss out on getting 6 Wii Motes :(
