    Just some feedback…

    I've seen the great feedback you usually get on here and clicked through on a few of your deals.
    I meticulously go through your site, looking for meats to try.
    I get pretty happy with it, and proceed to checkout.
    I have now left your site and on the paypal page, entering all of my details there.
    On the second paypal page, I get surprised with the high (but I am sure reasonable for meat) price of shipping.

    I get annoyed and cancel the order instantly. This bargain alone, springs a >20% charge so deep into the shopping process.
    It feels dishonest and makes me annoyed with your brand. It undoes any of the good work your bargains themselves contain.
    (And I know that you post the shipping amounts in Ozbargain now. But the practice on your website is sketchy AF).

    Please look at your cart abandonment stats. Perhaps I am the only person who gets annoyed at this behavior, or perhaps you are losing a significant number of other customers because of this.

    You could have had a "10% off and free shipping" promotion (roughly similar end price to this promotion) and I probably would have been all over it.

    Have ordered from OP twice and pretty happy with the quality of the meat.

    One time there was a problem with the delivery which left the goods neglected (courier not bothering to buzz my unit + apartment management not leaving any notice). After finding out that the problem was with the third party, OP was really gracious and sent another exact order with no charge just to ensure this time I receive the package without me even asking. Such gesture is greatly appreciated. 10/10 will make another purchase from OP.

    Oh, bacon's real nice too.

    Well that's disappointing - just got an email that my order has been refunded.
    Turns out they can't deliver here within the 24hrs needed.

    ordered the package before mid ninght last Thursday. Received the package today. Well packed with ice in the package. However I noticed that the 1kg poke fillet is missing. I guess I need contact the op to rectify this.
