    this isnt such a great deal for a grey import with added delivery…
    …especially since gopro are very strict with warranty and wont touch your gopro if it isnt from an authorised retailer…

      At the cost I've be wrapping it in foam and afraid of it getting any water on it just incase it does break it somehow. It's priced out of being a fun casual thing.

    I'm not totally on top of the upgrades from the 5 Black to the 6 Black, but the 5 Black was the big leap in terms of waterproof and touch screen features, and I picked mine up a couple of weeks back for $360 in the 20% off Ebay sale, $700 seems so much for what seems to be an incremental update

      4k at 60hz, better stabilisation and more slow Mo options. these are the main selling points, I'm expecting to see a lot of 5's on eBay second hand asking 10% less than RRP as people seem to think the 4k 60 is going to offer a big improvement. not sure if agree, but I am tight and would rather have a few cheaper than 1 premium.

      The big upgrades include MUCH better camera stabilisation where you dont have to make resolution super-low just to get average stabilisation. I would happily enough NOT use a gimbal now.

      Also low-light performance is actually worthwhile though the colours come out sort of fluero in the vids i have seen.

      Higher frame-rates like 4k 60p are welcome too…

      If I didn't have a 5 Black I wouldnt hesitate in getting this on the next 20% off sale though. 750 is a little much for an ozbargainer.
