Toasters and Kettles ? 2 Slice 4 Slice / Matching Kettle & Toaster etc What Colour ?

Hi Everyone …

Question is simple and I asked myself the same one…

What do I want to spend on a: A - Toaster and is it 2 or 4 slice and B: what do I spend on a kettle (If i want it to match) …. your comments Please .

Just to mix it up a bit I will say do we want or need the kettle and toaster to match ? I did the last time I bought a toaster and kettle as I didn't have either, so interested to find out what people think.

Plus what colour ?

From all this I will offer a toaster and kettle at a great price to OZ Bargain visitors.

Thanks in advance.

    Cherry red

  • Not sure I fully understand this post, but we have a brushed stainless steel Breville toaster and a red Circulon? stovetop kettle.

    Ozbargain orange…Duh!

    • Can you actually get an orange toaster or kettle ? ;)

      • Dunno, surely there are ones out there?!

        • Marc Newson did one with Sunbeam I think.

  • Price matters more than colour at OzBargain.

  • I don't think they need to match…my toaster spends most of its time in a cupboard out of sight anyway :/
I like stainless steel kettles - inside and out :) - NO PLASTIC! :)
Possibly $25 for a toaster (2 slice one) and $50-80 for a kettle.

    • Interesting on the plastic / metal for a kettle, some of my friends say the same.

  • I love the bright colours available for toasters and kettles. But I know one will break before the other and the colour I have chosen will probably no longer be avaialable to buy a replacement.

So I just buy stainless steel, but don't necessarily buy both the same brand for an exact match. Just buy what ever seems the best value at the time.

  • I want a 2-slice toaster with a matching kettle.
What colour? Anything that match my interior, or diamond or gold.

My question is do you leave your toaster permanently on display?
