    The shipping cost is a flat rate of $15 as long as you are not shipping it to a PO box.
    So you can buy a bunch of other great deals with the shirt and it will be $15 :).

    Great question, so for accuracy I checked out the ASICS sizing guide. So for Cricket Australia fangear the sizing guide is like so:
