Ali Express 11/11 Sale - Any News for 2017?

Just starting a thread to see if anyone has any inside know how on deals for this year?
I'm interested in buying a Redmi Note 4 or 4X(with a Qualcomm processor). Hoping i can get a 32GB version for around AUD160 or so…

Edit: Redmi note 4 doesn't have dual sim capabilities for a 3g/3g or 4g/3g…so have to look for another phone…sigh.

Any recommendations for a phone for around AUD200? Must have dual sim capability for A 3g/3g or 4g/3g. Currently have a mi4c and love it. Tired of carrying 2 phones around since 2g networks have died. Mi5 seems really good but at least $100 too dear for me.

    Most of the recent Snapdragon chipsets do 3g + 4g simultaneously

    SD617
    SD625/626
    SD 630, 636, 660
    SD650 / 652
    SD820 / 821
    SD835

    If your phone has the above chipsets, all set.

    Not too entirely sure on Mediatek but I think you'd be looking at Helio P20 and Helio P25 as minimum.

    The older P10 and X10 chipsets do not do dual 4G and 3G.

    Thanks very much for that list.
    Can you confirm that a Redmi Note 4X with a Qualcomm SD625 will work with a 4g/3g dual sim card insert?
    I just read on a few forums that it wasn't possible, which casted doubt in my mind. IF that isn't true, the Redmi Note 4 or 4x certainly fits my bill and i'll be gunning for it.

    MY sister brought the REDMI Note 4 and it does its job but the battery goes really fast and its not a really good camera phone at all, the temper glass actually started to bend because we put it in our luggage when we went overseas, overall this phone is decent for its price but you should think about it before you buy it

    Note: You have to buy temper glass and the phone case online, most phone shops dont have it

      The phone has a 4000-4100MAh battery. That's nearly 1000MAh over my current Mi4C.
      Does your sister use a lot of apps?
      My Mi4C lasts for at least 2 days, but then again i don't play games and have basic apps.

        Supposely her phones battery was suppose to last her 1-2 days she uses it to contact parents, snapchat, instagram and plays a few games. So yes she uses apps so explains why her battery goes down so hard lol

      She advised sale is occurring and details will be posted next week onwards on their site.
