I have an Exicom 610 Socket, Would I be able to get NBN?

I'll admit I have absolutely no knowledge of these things but the Optus website says my place can get Optus FTTN.

The apartment condition report also states that I have a connected phone line, but not an internet line.

Based on these things, would I need to buy an adaptor for the Sagemcom F@ST 3864 WiFi that comes with this NBN Bundle? Would I need to get someone to come in to install newer cables/hardware?

FTTN works just like ADSL. Plug the phone line into the DSL port of the sagemcom modem and you should be good to go.

yes same as before pretty much. just disconnect filter.

That is a crappy modem from Optus. I use a pre-loved one from Telstra ( Technicolor TG799 ), for as low as $30 which gives me great speeds over FTTN:
