How to Keep Track of Stuff Ordered across Many Shopping Sites? Is There an App/ Service?

I window shop a lot.
Armed with a small camera, I collect details of stuff which interest me- usually gadgets.

After due research, I then I used eBay, to grab the beast deals on the stuff I zeroed in.
eBay, and later Banggood; my online shopping ended with them- till a few months ago.

Ever since I found OzB, I've gone berserk and, in the last few months had bought more stuff than in many previous years combined.
And frankly, I've lost track of what all I ordered from which site, if and when they had been delivered, or if some of them were missed- and forgotten about.

The daily mail surprises me with some items they deliver; I'd literally forgotten all about ordering those.

Is there some way to keep track of orders/deliveries/returns/refunds other than with an old-school paper notebook or an Excel Sheet?
Maybe some apps/web services catering to such a need?

With the proliferation of online shopping sites, and the many irresistible bargains OZBargain brings us, I'm sure this must be something my fellow OzBargainers too find interesting.

So, is there a solution?
How do you guys keep track of online shops?
What are your thoughts?

Thanks.

Get an email address for online shopping only.
Your confirmation emails will form a record of what you ordered

  • Personally, keep track of them through AusPost (website or app) tells me where there location is and whether its been delivered or not (and I think you can add tracking numbers?). Most things even from China has some sort of tracking number with it (although a lot gives no info until it reaches you, you at least know its coming). Though for me its easy to remember what I bought inside the box because I only ever buy a few things at a time.

Other than that, the ones I forget is more like an early Christmas surprise to myself :p.

  • I track deliveries in Evernote.

I have a list of: store, item, price

  • 17track for trackable stuff

Make a Gmail label that filters for order confirmations, shipping notifications, or tracking. Google Assistant will notify shipments.

  • Check purchase history in cash back site like Cashrewards?

I use Inbox by Google. Snooze the order confirmation email for estimated delivery date. Then keep snoozing them until goods received. There is 'Snoozed' tab to see all snoozed emails/orders.

I have an Ozbargain folder for purchased deals.

  • MyPost (AusPost) and Reminders in Outlook. For something more, try looking at these apps:

  • TrackChecker by MetalFan is the only free solution I have found reliable. Been using since last 3 years. Just keep it up-to-date and you are all set with 0 forgotten orders.

  • I flag/pin my order confirmation, as soon as I receive my item unflag/unpin it.
