Pixel 2 XL Screen Burn in & Replacements

Hi guys!,

I put a pre order down for a Pixel 2 XL last Friday at JB Hifi and next thing you know, all of these issues around screen burn in start popping up over in the internet.

Can someone please clarify if I'd be eligible for a replacement if my device ends up being affected by screen burn-in?

Not sure what my rights are as a consumer.

    You would absolutely be eligible for a replacement if your device ends up being affected by screen burn-in.

    Google are still "investigating" the issue so I think you'll need to wait to find out.

    If google declares the screen to be functioning as expected then you might have trouble getting jbhifi to refund/exchange the phone
