I've been looking for 250 Watt 24V Solar panels on Ebay. The cheapest I can find delivered is about $230. Which is pretty good.
But….
Being an ozbargainer. I want to do better.
I've checked Alibaba, but it looks like they are more expensive.
As the panels are more than likely manufactured in China, does anyone know why alibaba is more expensive than ebay.

Somewhat surprisingly there are many things cheaper on eBay than aliexpress. Or things more expensive on aliexpress when you'd think they'd be cheaper ,as you said - because they are made in china, like RAM, ssd.
Though, as alibaba is commercial website it may be useful to get a quote from sellers. But as you're only ordering one then I'd suggest aliexpress instead (I haven't checked if they are cheaper than eBay)
