Options to buy QFF or get quickly

I'm looking to buy a QFF RTW fare shortly but realised that I'll be about 20K points short. I could wait but then I risk missing out on the seats.

Besides buying a top up from Qantas are there any other options to get the points within the next week?

Although the official timeframe for receiving points is 6 weeks, there is someone commenting he/she got it the next day.

  I've found that they usually credit the points to my acct as soon as the transaction goes through and the product is dispatched (about 2 days).

I couldn't find a cc that would pay out immediately so any suggestions welcome.
