  • Hope they could put more lens on their eBay store for the cashback and Christmas TRS.

  • I got an EPL5 TLK for $199 from DSE demise and find it very good, but doxmark gives the surprising comparison below:
Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II vs Olympus PEN E-P5 vs Olympus PEN E-PL5

    • same sensor in all 3 it seems. What's surprising?

  • What recommended lens for travel?

  • +1

I'll vouch for RYDA. I bought a lens from them via ebay a couple of months ago, but decided to change to a different lens about 10 minutes later. Gave them a call and it was sorted straight away.

Fantastic service considering it was my mistake, and super fast shipping. Great guys.

    • Yeah, I have spent about $5000 via eBay and one great experience with RYDA. Highly recommended.

    • Bought a lens adapter Monday with this 20% off ebay code. Arrived the following day - agreed very good service.

  • Any 7-14mm f/2.8 deal? Cannot find this lens listed from this seller.

    • I was so upset last week. Got auction sniped by someone after organising international shipping for a second hand one for $860 AUD in total.

  • Btw TRS limit is $900 pp right?

    • there is no limit claiming TRS , just that if you intend to bring it back , some people will do the right thing and declare it if the total of goods exceeds $900.

      • There have been whispers of people trying to bring their engagement rings back getting searched thoroughly and made to pay the tax…

  • Great camera, good price too.

  • Very tempted to get this camera + 12-40mm f2.8 pro lens kit + M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F2.8 Pro from the seller.

    • want to get the M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F2.8 Pro or 12mm F1.2.

      • -1

After having a close look of the photo taken in the dpreview, I felt the resolution is too low for my taste. It was unfair to compare with my Nikon d810 + pro lens but that is what I have at the moment. However, it is so heavy to carry and I was looking for the 4/3 system. I will wait for the Mark III and hopefully the resolution can be step up.

  • that's a damn good price !!!

  • Thanks OP!

  • Too bad Rydas EM10 II price still so high even after release of III.

  • their physical store is listed on the amex shop small map.

  • Bought an "M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F2.8 PRO" len from this promotion and sent the Tax Invoice to Olympus using the online claim form. Got an email from them a week later saying:

We have reviewed your entry and unfortunately your claim is not valid due to the following reason:
Supporting document does not display product paid in full.

No idea what I should do now.
