I have heard a rumour that Sendle are starting international freight soon? Could be great for Christmas or other occasions to send gifts to family, Any Information please?

My only experience with Sendle was the Pablo and Rusty coffee.
They sent me an email saying delivery had been attempted, but they just left a card even though the package said authority to leave.
Then they sent me an email saying I could request redelivery, which I did.
Then they sent me an email saying it had been delivered to a semi-local newsagent, despite my redelivery request.
The newsagent looked at me like I was an alien because I said I had a parcel to pick up (even though it was the same day they received it), and it took them 10 minutes to sort out.
Overall about a 2/10 for customer (receiver) experience from me.
When nothing goes wrong sendle is great. But when something does go wrong (failed pickup, delivery, damaged goods) their email only "support" will have you pulling your hair out.
Sendle have terrible service which is why they're costs are so cheap - you can't get them to reply to emails and there is no number to call. I've sent three emails over 10 days regarding an overseas parcel and still no reply!!!
