Does anyone know of a website (or company, Im in Melbourne) that can produce good quality greeting cards, to be sold in a retail store and at a competitive price?

Depends on your quantity….
Full colour print?
low volumes just print locally digital offset, large volumes use traditional offset.
printing in indo isn't too bad if the quantity is there, just gotta factor the freight landing tax and gst
