Where to Get Decent Quality Tux / Suits for Wedding in Melbourne

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where would be a good place to get tux or suits for wedding in Melbourne?

I have checked out Myer (including Ferrari Formal) and the various malls in Melbourne CBD, but just wondering if there's a good place somewhere that would be a deal. Have seen various tailor boutiques like InStichu, Oscar Hunt advertising on Facebook but not sure if they are any good (and certainly seemed more expensive than the retail stores)

I can normally wear off the shelf with no tailoring (well except the length of the pants), so doesn't have to be a tailored solution

    T.M Lewin as a first pick ($$$) - They have two stores in Melbourne CBD

    or go to Oxford at DFO southwharf - they have bargains and the suits are premium

    I only wear the above two brands…..

    I always go to a place called Bell & Barnett.

    I think there are two in Melbourne CBD and I often order their shirts online. When I got a suit from there I got them to also do the tailoring for it (off the shelf + adjustments) and it was great (100% wool, super 120's). Since I was only in Melbourne for work and was not able to pick it up they arranged for shipment to my house as well so that was nice (cost money of course haha).

    I wouldn't recommend all their suits / shirts though, you need to know what you like as they have a lot of options.

    Went with briggins tailors, great fit and a little more special than the standard suits I wear to work all week
    Thinking bout going back and getting a couple more, really good fit, but would also consider other bespoke/made to measure ones I spose

    How much did you pay for Briggins Tailors? Just so I can benchmark the prices

      They were less than $1k fully kitted out, obv prices depends on what you get-
      Suit
      Vest
      Shirt
      Special suit feature such as a special lapel/shall (and subsequent removal and replacement with standard suit fabric so can wear to events or work after the big da)
      Mighta been around 800-900 a suit
      Had 3-4 fittings over time to make sure everything was perfect fit
