I am trying to redeem $50 New Balance voucher provided by Secure A Spot. Although I am getting free shipping but the price is not getting reduced at all at checkout.

I used mine a week or so ago with no issues - it only applies to full price items though, so check that. It wont further reduce anything that's already on discount unfortunately. Failing that, I'd just email New balance and ask them to look into it for you
