For those who still use their US PS Plus there is a deal at Gamestop USA for $39.99 USD.

Use PayPal with your bankwest or 28 degrees card, I used my shopmate USA address but I wouldn't think it matters since its digital.

Digital Code received instantly and reedemed. Unsure of the offer's Expiry date.

Worked when I didn't sign up for an account and just did a Paypal checkout with a made up US address.
