So this takes a few steps, and you'll end up with 168 bottles of booze, but it's sooo cheap.

Buy a voucher from Groupon as per this deal for $10.

Then head on to Cellarmasters and add a cool 7 cases to your cart.

Check out, apply code, total comes to $110 (+ the $10 you've spent on the voucher) and each case comes to $17.14.

This retails at Dan's for $59.90 and has some good reviews, so looks like an absolute bargain.

Free Click and Collect at BWS stores.

Recruit some friends and go hard or just stock up for Xmas.

Cashrewards for 7% back (~$13).
Also there's ways to make it slightly cheaper buy adding 6 cartons and a cheap wine but I can't be bothered doing that.

Enjoy.

Just ordered 7 cases for $118.40, after cash rewards that is $110 then add that the $10 for the voucher that is $120.

That is $17 per case, amazing deal.

Use wish gift cards for a further 5% off which brings it down to about $15.50

        Cheap gifts sorted πŸ‘Œ

Reviews on Dan's site seem reassuring - not sickly sweet like most ciders.

      • +1

Ordered 2 cases from the last deal - am very happy with them. A strong contender for my favourite cider at this point. A bargain at $30/case, let alone $18…

Am thinking about ordering a 3rd lot of 7 just to safeguard for the future…

        • +2

You already ordered two lots of 7 ?

        • @strikerzebra: Nah sorry - ordered 2 cases a couple of months ago for just $30 a case when it was on sale. Now I've ordered another 14…

        • +1

          @BurningSeason:

          Good effort

        • +1

@BurningSeason: Absolute machine. I'd get in quick. 250 clicks, I can't see them having 1500+ cases on hand πŸ˜‹

        • @dubcmj:

          Too late now though :(

    • I'd take 2 cases for $40

  • Can anyone comment on the taste?

      • yep tasted once a bit sour for me but quite refreshing

    • Look it up on untappd

    • +1

It's excellent, tastes more expensive than it is.
A lot of people are commenting that it's not too sweet. I guess not but if you have a sweet tooth, it's not too dry either. So I suppose it's a medium sweetness.

    • Alcoholic drinks always taste a bit better after the first few.
After 100 or so its probably going to interesting.

  • +4

Thanks OP bought. A perry good deal! (see what I did there..)

    • I'm sorry, we were looking for 'peary' for top marks. 8/10 for effort though, well done.

      • Nah, I nailed it :)

        • Nar it went pear shaped, sorry.

"only" 7. Will still have beer/wine/sparkling, I just have to buy less of it now :)

    • +1

      Congrats! And good work!

      • Thanks mate :)

  • +1

  • Expired now i get "Sorry, you already have the maximum quantity of this product in your cart."

  • +2

Was about to check out with 7, but then they updated it and it won't let you add more than 3 cartons.

"Sorry, you already have the maximum quantity of this product in your cart."

And right after I had bought the Groupon voucher too

  • Damn it, would have been perfect for my wedding :(

    • +5

      May be next time……

    • orrr dodged a bullet. you're kind of capped at one of these, or like two over 6 hours, or you're really rolling the dice gastro-wise. :|

  • Was in the process of getting this, had 3 pear and 2 apple in my cart as normally not a fan of pear.
As i hit purchase the pear was removed and only the apple left. the cellarmasters voucher still seemed to be applied so only charged me ~$20 or so…?
Will see if it gets cancelled - cant complain for $30 for 2 cases of cider!

    • +1

If they honour that, you've got the deal of the day πŸ‘

  • Out of stock :(

  • -8

Lame, ordered the egift card and was waiting for it to process and it went out of stock…
Useless egift card and groupon voucher now too…

    • You can use the wish gift card for bws, dan Murphy's, Woolworths and also Caltex so it's not useless

  • +1

One of the best deals of the year! Got my 7 :)

  • How's this in comparison to kopparberg cider? Managed to grab 7 for C&C so hopefully it doesn't get cancelled.

  • Thanks OP - jumped on the bandwagon too late, but bought some apple and some sparkling anyway in prep for the Christmas season. still a bargain!

  • How did you add 7*24 and paid only $120. it doesn't let me do that with those apple ciders which are the only thing that remains there

    • +3

Pear were already discounted to $30, Apple is $60. Best you can get on the Apple is buy 4 for $240, grab the Groupon code for $10 which is $250 then use the code to get $90 off bringing it down to $160 for 4 cases (+7% back from cashrewards if it works, might not work because you used a groupon code). Still a decent deal, but not great ($40 a case, $20 cheaper than Dan Murphys who sell it for $59.99)

      • Cash rewards definitely works with the Groupon - have had 2 transactions successfully tracked today, both with Groupon voucher.

        • +2

just because it tracked, doesn't mean they will honour it ;) Could easily be rejected in 2-3 months when they verify.

  • -2

Can anyone in Melbourne CBD or eastern suburbs spare 2 or 3 cases please? Missed the boat, devastated. :(

    • Someone may give you for 30/case. I didn't get any.

  • Can't believe I missed this haha

  • Thank you so much.
    I ordered 7 cases too. πŸ€—

    • +1

Hello fellow Melbournian. Are you looking to offload any of those 7 cases?

      • +1

Sorry I live in Brisbane now.

  • Hate cider but my girlfriend doesn't and happily bought 7 cartons. Too bad this doesn't include AA meetings!

    • I thought you were going to say "include AA batteries" ;)

  • Thing about these pear ciders, don't go thinking you can smash em. The sweet element in pears has a laxative effect, these need a several hour gap inbetween or you're rolling the dice. Nice for the price, but heed my worrrds

    • +1

Depends if you have some super-sensitive digestive system. I've knocked over half a slab of these on an empty stomach or with food, right as rain.

    • +1

I'll live stream you into my pending binge. We'll see πŸ˜‰

  • Anybody get their delivery yet?

    • Not here :(

    • +1

Picked up mine today! Cooling a couple in the freezer will taste soon.

  • This just arrived re: related deal β€”Β I'm guessing the same will apply here:

"Hi, Cellarmasters regrets to advise the Moet & Chandon case was cancelled due to insufficient stock. We would appreciate you contacting Cellarmasters to arrange a suitable replacement. Cellarmasters apologises for any inconvenience this has caused. Our contact number 1800 500 260."

    • I got an email saying its shipped, on the way to bws. Fingers crossed.
