On my car I have some oil stains on the back of the boot and door handles (probably due to sunscreen). I've tried clay and polish and buffing and still cant seem to get it off, I know it's something to do with the actual substance going under the topcoat, does anyone have any recommendations on repairing?

its actually been stained in for a few months now, i dont think detergent even gets under the coat?
Sunscreen is the worst to get off a car. The sooner you try to get it off the better…

Apply sunscreen liberally to all panels so it looks even :)
is waterproof, have you tried using morning fresh?
