After grappling with my own mind and pondering whether to "invest" 85k in a vehicle as our favourite Westpac analyst wanted to do OR put it towards some land, I've decided to go with the land :-) hopefully most will get the reference by now!
On to more serious things now - I'll be doing my own research and obtaining my own quotes but just as a start point, I wanted to ask about your experiences and if anyone has had decent pricing and good service from land surveyors and also for site works. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have used Cottage Surveyors twice, they came recommended by two separate architects. Both times the prices were reasonable and there were no complaints from the designer on the work.
I have also used Structerre once, but I am not sure if they do this anymore.
