Not one of the usual online T-shirt haunts, but deviantart is a great site that attracts serious artists. So it's not surprising that their "logo wear" is slightly different than your usual.

Anyway, they're offering 30% off T-shirts until Monday (US time), and there are also discounts on other sale items on their sale page (hoodies, laptop sleeves, etc.)

So if you're a DA fan, get in quick!

      Just to give you an indication: I checked the 10th b'day T-shirt and it came up with $11.44 for USPS 1st class shipping and $16.87 for Fedex First Class International. May be different for different products and dunno how multiple items stack. You'll have to do some research yourself.
