NBA League Pass Customer Service Location IP Request - Help Needed

Has anyone else had issues with purchasing their NBA League pass through a VPN? I purchased using a Mexican Server, the purchase went through, however when I login it asks me to sign up for a new pass. Since getting in touch with customer service they are now asking for my IP address and location, rather than just fixing the issue. Can anyone offer me some advice on how to proceed please? Do I quote my actual IP and location to customer service or what it is when using a Mexican server?

    Not sure whether it counts for much, but I've queried them in the past about signing up whilst overseas. Essentially, I told them I reside in Australia, but was working in India for a few weeks when I wanted to sign up, and asked if there were any issues. At the time, they told me that it was perfectly fine for me to sign up whilst in India, even though I lived in Australia. The only thing they warned me off wast hat I couldn't use my league pass whilst in the US, as it's an international league pass.

    Mind you, this was probably 3 seasons ago - but you could try providing your Australian IP, and if they say anything about Mexico you could say that you were on holidays when you signed up?
