Mobile phone Divert, to another Mobile...

I want to advertise a mobile number for a business im setting up, but don't want to use my personal number.

Is it possible to buy an all you can eat SIM from Aldi, Boost etc. and set it up to divert to my mobile number, using the credits on the all you can eat SIM ?

Or is there a better way ?

Cheers

I suspect the all you can eat applies only to outgoing calls and diverts have to be paid for separately. Check the plan critical information summary.

Why dont you get a voip land line and set it up to call you. Look at Telecube.com.au (they have another personal site but unsure what it is)

Inbound are free but may have a charge when sent to a mobile. You can load free software to do call answering.

    • yup - good idea

Or get a dual SIM phone?

    • another awesome idea, but too deep into the iOS commitment, unfortunately.

I really didn't want to have 2 phones, but this is a great way around it..

      Decisions…

      • You were going to have to get 2 phones anyway because you'd have to use the other phone to make outgoing business calls, unless you called from your phone in which case customers would have your personal number anyway. Or using a blocked number to call customers and have 90% of them not pick up.

  • fair comment - I hate that as well
