Just had a quick search, and wouldn't really trust it. It's like G2A; where anyone can sell the keys. There have been some reviews saying it's a scam on the trustpilot website, but some reviewers who are happy as well (there aren't many reviews, only 17)
I thought this was a Play Anywhere title? Don't you own the game on both PC and Xbox if purchased digitally?
Not through steam, only Xbox or Microsoft store versions.
