Just a heads-up for anyone else in VIC - I tried to enter this morning (Herald Sun - barcode 9771038343162), but I'm getting the message:
Your barcode is invalid, please enter today's barcode
I had a look on their fb page and a few people are having the same issue, so it looks like they're aware of the issue and will (hopefully!) fix it up soon.

No - I thought it might have been a unique code inside the paper too, and I'd entered the wrong one, but I double-checked the instructions on page 2 and it's the newspaper barcode on the back page.
I'll have another try later and update when it's working again. Thanks again :)
Ah I see now…doesn't have to be unique coz you'll need the actual paper copy to claim a win.
