Wife has been using a Samsung Note 4 for years, and it has been giving her trouble in recent months. Initially with battery issue, which I have replaced. Now she is complaining it is very unresponsive / slow to key presses.
With all the deals that are happening this weekend, I am thinking of getting her a Xiaomi or Oppo mobile. As we have both been users of Samsung Note mobiles for years, I want a mobile that is the closest to a Samsung Note 8.
I don't know anything about the Xiaomi or Oppo range of mobiles. I am hoping some of you do. Any suggestion for a big screen (preferably 5.7" or larger) Xiaomi or Oppo branded mobiles that are as close in specs as possible to a Samsung Note 8?? The Note 8 is a bit out of our price range.
The key difference between the Note and everything else is the S-Pen. If it's something your wife uses and needs, nothing is going to be "close enough".
And if she doesn't use the pen, then something like the Mi Mix 2 would probably be a good choice.
