most place don't have Rep as OZB, so some user's problem can't better solved like here. you can see i'm always online to solve problem for user. so at least no worry on OZB :)
Same could be said about thousands of websites. People are farrrrrr more likely to share bad experiences than good.

I second that but not going to neg as I ordered something once and Xiaomi product never received , after that contacted litb and they simply said check post office then no more replies never will order from these guys . Same with any Chinese seller there is always a risk
