Huawei cant install Google Calender and Google Contacts

Just got back from my holidays in China, tiring but happy.
Amongst my shopping I bought this Huawei 7Plus. Impressive phone.

However, in the past 48 hours, I had tried many times getting Google Calender and Google Contacts but to no avail.
It ask to install some "GMS Core Package" but after installing, has gone to Lala Land.

I can install GMail no issue.

Anyone has any clue and success? Hope you can share!

    Sorry if this might be irrelevant but it's installing and working fine on my Huawei Mediapad M3 8.4 WiFi only model.

    Yeah because google isn't used in China and they have a bunch of spyware to track you.

    I'm sure it's possible with a little hacking but I'd suggest doing your research in the future…
