Sprouting Seeds - Microgreens - Where to Get Seeds from?

Hi guys

just wanting some input/suggestion regarding where to buy seeds from? I want to buy in 500g to 1kg quantity. We are in Sydney, NSW
seeds such as Sunflower seeds, broccoli seeds, for consumption :)

I recently saw youtube video that shows consuming microgreens is healthy.

Health food store. Sprouting is really easy. Ppt trim in salads, side of plate, in a smoothie etc
Have a read about it first, either Facebook, library or Google. It's basically soak (to germinate), rinse, strain, sunlight/air, rinse, sunlight/air etc

Organic is best.
