Looking for the best price available for a Fitbit AltaHR.
Preferably with a purple band (it possible).
Any ideas?

    It seems that the best price available for now is at JB HiFi for $179.
    Should I wait for a better deal or would this consider as a good price?

  Got one at Officeworks last week for $147. They seemed to be on sale generally in the last week or two. I've noticed that Fitbit prices do bounce around a bit. I'd be looking for something around that mark rather than the $179.

    I saw online that Officeworks sold it for $147 but now they say its out of stock for this price.
    I got JB HiFi to sell it for $169.
    I just wonder if Officeworks will sell it again for that price or I should just go with the $10 discount I got.

      If you've already bought, I guess you've already voted with your wallet!

      It will be $147 again in the future, but whether or not that's next week or next year is the question.

        I haven'y bought it just yet. Sorry if it sounded like I did.
        I only got the $10 discount after calling JB HiFi and trying to get as low as $147, but end up with only that discount.
        They will hold that price for couple of days so I do need to make up mind about it sooner then later.

        @Shaisrael: I see Officeworks are doing the Charge 2 for $137. Not sure of the detailed differences, but may be worth considering?

        It's a gift for a person who won't enjoy the Charge 2 as much as AltaHR.
        The size of the the Charge 2 is a deal breaker.

        @Shaisrael: Fair enough. If it's a Christmas gift, I'd just bite the bullet at $169 and move on. These things do get promoted as Christmas presents so there may not be much room to move before then.
