I found this app to send SMS through my phone to multiple people using website.
It is good app
Very handy to inform friends and community.

If only we could say that to telemarketers about spam phone calls sigh
This worked for me.. Your number is taken off their marketing lists. Takes a couple of weeks to take effect, but I never get spammy calls.

Good tip, we did the same. Unfortunately, the overseas kind do not know / do not respect it, and we still get the odd call maybe once a month or two.
