Need Help with GearBest (Provide Tracking but Can't Be Track)

i was going to ask for help on friday if nothing happen then i check google if my case is unrelated, its turn out lot people have similar experience. so i just want to prepare what should i do
story: i bought a phone on Tuesday last week as i need it for present so i choose DHL for fast shipping(2-7day for$30) , and with the help from gearbest rep here(very helpful), the item was sent on sunday afternoon with tracking number. the problem is that 2 day later, i still cant track the item. when i track on DHL website, it shown error Unfound.
i wonder if they did ship the item or just fake it ? tracking number is invalid.
what should i do next ? should i raise the dispute with paypal ?

note:i ask them on messenger and i ask gearbest rep already but they havent response yet.

Edit: receive phone on Friday 15/12. So it about 3 week from my purchase date even though I paid $30 for DHL. The phone doesn't have seal box and look like its been open before.
Verdict:*I wouldn't buy any from gearbest in near future

    Gearbest is legit. So just be patient. It could be that DHL has not picked up the item yet so it may take a while for the system to update. You can also give DHL a call to check.

    I had this exact same problem when I ordered a phone with DHL fast shipping.

    It will show up eventually, when they email you and say its shipped it takes another 4-5 days or so before it is actually handed to DHL.

    Once its in the DHL system you will be able to request that it goes to a local newsagent or something rather than your house if thats easier.

      really ? 4 to 5 day after they said it ship? then it take another 3 to 7 day before it arrive ?

        No it came like 2 days after. Yes its frustrating but it was (just) within how long they said it would take.

          @asianbargain: I just looked it up, I received the its shipped message from gearbest on 13th September.

          DHL picked it up September, 24 2017
          Arrived in Perth September, 26 2017
          Delivered to me September, 27 2017

          thank for taking time to look up. wow that 11 day just for pick up? that long. i dont get what they mean pick up? isnt when you ship, it going to ship the next morning?

          @asianbargain: I suspect what they do is consolidate a bunch of packages for Australia in Hong Kong then get DHL to grab them at once for a lower rate. I only paid $6.84 for shipping which is pretty damn cheap for DHL.

    I've had stuff form Gearbest ordered and didn't show up for two months, just some 15 thing. And then suddenly one day a courier knocks on the door and I have to sign for the damn thing, this stupid thing that I forgot I even needed. I never even choose tracking but I still find myself needing to go to the post office to pick up and sign for packages that are just 20 cent USB adapters. In my experience if a package from Gearbest doesn't show up, then it's more likely someone pinched it off your doorstep than Gearbest not posting it. And I suspect they will be happy to post you another one if you are willing to wait another two months.

      i used to order stuff and forget too but that was very cheap and i didnt pay the shipping fee so i never expext it to arrive early. but this i use dhl so it should be faster than normal one.

        I know right. And the post office gives you no more than 7 days to pick it up, or else they try to return it to China! It's ridiculous. I feel like I need a housewife just to sign for all my 20 cent USB adapters.

    Gearbest is random. I ordered two similar items a few weeks ago, and they shipped about 12 hours apart. The one that shipped earlier arrived today, the other one might arrive tomorrow or maybe in another week +. Always a surprise when this stuff turns up. I am amazed how cheap some of these things are, but they are useful and fun to play with.

    I'm another one of those who bought something, paid for Express but have not received anything!
    Shipped out 11 December, 10 business days later it's not here. How is this an Express postal service?

    Worst thing is, tracking it on their Chinese Site it says it's already delivered!!

      I think you should contact gearbest rep in here. He's helpful when he online. Also leave message in fb messenger for them. Be patient, they will reply in few day.
      I myself dont have good experience with gearbest.
