Check Current AmEx Offers on Bank Issued Card

Just wondering other than emails (which I can't seem to find) is there a way of checking current offers saved to your bank issued AMEX? I know you used to be able to through amex connect, they gave you a login but they took that down. Now you just enlist with card number from the connect page. The offer is no longer available (reached cap) so I can't signup again for it to tell me if I have registered or not.

  • Download the Amex app for your smartphone.
All registered and available offers are listed there.

Edit: Sorry, just checked again - yours is a bank issued card, so the app may not work.

    • You have to have an AMEX issued AMEX to have a login for the app?

  • I had the same problem last week - contacted Amex via the website – got the following reply (even though I told them I did not have my emails & as the offers had reached enrollment numbers they no longer showed up so you could no longer click on them, but anyway they did list my saved offers for me….)

Thank you for contacting us about the new Connect Website.

Connect has been updated to enable quicker access to offers. You no longer need to remember a separate username and password to take advantage of American Express offers. You simply need to complete a short enrolment form to save an offer to your Card. As you no longer need to log into the site – we can no longer provide a personalized page.

You can refer to the offer enrolment email that was sent to you. Also when you click on an offer and try to save it, you will receive a message confirming you have already saved the offer.

We can confirm that currently your Card ending in xxxx has been enrolled for the Offers below.

    • So they get rid of the login to make it simpler and now we have to email them for details of our current offers haha.

Well I guess it is easier for AMEX issued AMEX holders, just my one bank issued AMEX is a pain.

      • +1

Yeah, I mentioned their 'downgraded' website in my query - as per their reply above their party line is 'updated' website!
