As the title states. That's pretty much what I'm chasing at the moment.
I was trying to take advantage of the recent Harvey Norman Amex promotion, but unfortunately the two cameras around the $400 mark, do not hit the mark:
This one, $494 is great, shoots at 1080P @ 60FPS, but doesn't have a Mic Jack
This one, $438 has a Mic Jack, but shoots at 30FPS
Should also mention that I intended to use this to take photos as well of people, no closeups, just regular shots like this. Nothing super fancy, just a basic point and shoot with those two requirements above.
Have you guys seen anything that hits the mark, and is fairly cheap, or otherwise know what kind of price tag I should be shooting for?

you don't need dslr interchangeable lens, if you're only after point & shoot with 1080p 60fps + mic input
you still get decent range with the pana + 4k recording if you need it. (and, Yes it does 1080p 60fps + mic input)
