blimey ! false alarm it worked off my phone
Yeah I had my e-mail open on my phone showing all messages and the PDF I had received from them, I even called the store before I arrived to make sure it was there.
I'm guessing it was just the staff member, she seemed to be oddly angry with me for ordering online before I came into the store. "Some assistance would be nice" is what she said after I showed her the e-mails.
I had a problem the other day, they claimed I hadn't paid for the item when I very clearly had, I even showed them the e-mail for the blasted thing.
