On the Ryobi side, if you just need the tool, you can buy the offers with batteries & resell them here.
Tool is effectively free or small profitAgeee. Postage from the states is a killer usually.
I just bought this last week: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-18-Volt-ONE-Lithium-Ion-Co… USD$270 + $110 frieight forwarder. So around $450'sh landed.
I think same kit at Bunnings would be around $700 or moreDid this ever arrive to Australia?

Good question, I have always wondered the same as the prices are quite attractive. But all the savings in the initial cost seem to get eaten up getting it here? Happy for someone to prove me wrong though!
