look lets get real. the so called sale prices are marginally the same once you add in all the add ons.
Definitely ++ however there is some good fares if you don't need to add. I have done Phuket, Bangkok, vietnam return for sub $300 from sydney a few times. Food is decently priced on AirAsia if you prebook.
It's the seat selection and adding extra bags that will drive the costs up.can't deny they are good prices if you can get that. in qld they only fly out of the gold coast which is a bugger.
Sorry, don’t really agree with this.
Last sale, or the one before I paid $287.90 Syd-KUL return including meals both ways, no luggage, no choose seat.
The kicker is it’s 15th April to 30th April 2018 which is flying wholly in NSW school holidays (as Monday is a public holiday).
No-one comes close to that price (particularly in school holidays) with or without add ons except maybe Scoot on special to Singapore.
(And, of course, a stop over in KL is way better value hotel-wise than Singapore)….[except maybe if you are going to Athens on Scoot, I suppose…..or are on the way to Batam…by ferry]
