There's a Harvey Norman deal for the same price, however, this is not a sale price, unlike Harvey Norman.

Still not worth it. It's about 1 step above a tech demo, and wears thin very fast, even while drunk.

    • People have different feelings about this game obviously.

agree with you on the differing opinions but unfortunately, I'm with Thefong. the games are just not deep enough to make you come back to it over and over again and once the novelty ends, that's it and for $49 (or even worse the $59 that I paid for it a couple of weeks back), its way to expensive. I would probably only recommend this game for a quick fling during maybe a party/gathering but only if you can get it for around $30 max.

        http://www.metacritic.com/game/switch/1-2-switch

It's close to the worst reviewed Switch game, and nearly the worst reviewed Nintendo game in a decade. Most people's feelings are that it sucks.

1-2 Switch would have worked great as a free pack-in title like Wii Sports on the Wii. I can't see myself paying any amount of money for this.

  • Damn, thought it was 1-2 Witch for a second.

  • +2

I don't think this game was as bad as people made it out to be, it just needs the right crowd and conditions to be enjoyed. It's shallow for sure but nowhere as bad as something like Wii Play was on the original Wii. There's a lot of variety and it's the perfect game to bust out to show off the Switch to people who have never seen it before or don't play games much. I've had a good deal of fun with this with my wife and a few family members. My son loves watching us play it as well which is a bonus.

Really though it should've been packed in with the Switch, I can agree it's not worth the full price tag.

    • Wii Play wasn't that bad - they really need to remake the tanks game. And it was pack in with a wiimote so it was a brainer purchase.

I can't bring myself to pay full price for 1-2 Switch though.

      • Even with the remote you were effectively paying $20 for a disc of shovelware.

C'mon drop down to $20 already. I want to play that counting the balls in the joy cons.

    • I'm the same

  • Also know that your package could be delivered by Fastway. I'm not risking purchasing anything from Amazon and getting packages from Dumpway. It's out of Amazons control with who will get the package to deliver.

    • Aussie Post is the major carrier for Amazon in Australia atm

      • I'm talking about Amazon.AU not Amazon in the US or other countries. I had a discussion with an Amazon.AU rep and they told me they had no control on who gets to delieved the packages. There is a good chance you'll get Auspost but you've got every chance of getting either TOLL or Fastway. So, I'm just letting it be known to others who might not know.

  • I bought this game from Big W on day 1, and returned it a few days later. Totally agree, not worth it. Fun the first time only, for about half an hour.

    • +1

didn't know Big W accepted returns for softwares/games? wish I knew as I would've returned mine too…did you just say you didn't like it?

      • Yeah i thought if you broke the seal you can't return it.

        • I'm not sure why exactly they accepted the return. I did just say I didn't like it. The guy serving me seemed to know that the game was a bit crap so maybe he bent the rules a little. Either way, bullet dodged!
