Need Some Help with Expiry Dates on AmEx Offers

Hi guys,

with the AmEx offers it says use by a certain date, does that include that date? For example if it was use this offer by 12/12/2017 (today) would I still be able to use it, or would I have had to have used it yesterday?

  Yup, used the offer at 11:59pm today (12 Dec 2017) and got the email! Couldn't have cut it any more close :)
