I have a mobile plan that doesn't have international calls included. While I can make calls using whatsapp etc, I still need VoIP service to make intl calls to people who don't have internet connections.
Which is the best/ cheapest app for the same?

I've had good experiences with Nymgo. Although I haven't needed to use the service since ages, when I did use, it was the cheapest to the countries I wanted to call.
I use Skype for mobile and landline international calls. Just load up $10 and it goes a long way. Occasionally there would be a sale on skype prepaid cards. One of the advantage is that the other person can see your mobile number, not some stupid 00-number. You have to set this up in the app properly.
If you call a lot to a person of a particular country, you can buy like a monthly plan. It may work out cheaper for you. There a couple of plans available.
If you are a subscriber to Office 356, you have 60 free mins a month to 60 countries.
Thanks but I reckon Skype isn't one of the cheapest options in the market.
I've had a 12voip account for years for when I need to make VOIP calls. Doesn't cost much with some countries free. My credit just sits there waiting until I need it.
They respond when you make contact with them.I use powervoip.Com. Very cheap and also option to call local dail in number and then set up VoIP call. That has best quality and caring to Europe is 1 cent per minute….
Purchased $20 worth Skype cards at 40% off in Woolworths (using egift card) a couple of weeks back. I will see how I go in terms of usage.
Check Rebtel. I use it every now and then and happy with their service and rates.
