looking around to buy a new barbie and encounter this one on the ebay. looks pretty decent quality to me though with the entire unit is made from stainless steel. however, i'm not too sure how legit is the seller's feedback. it's more like socket puppeting to me thought. i'm not too sure so i thought i ask all the ebay guru here.

I wouldn't say this is too good to be true, but that doesn't mean it's not without it's risks either. I heard that markup at places like Barbeques Galore can be in the order of 300-400%, but that's just second hand information.

I also see that the dimensions of the BBQ are quoted as 168x60x115 cm - which would make it 1,159,200 cm^3 ;-).
Normally, good sellers have positive feedbacks and feedbacks in thousands to be trust worthy one. This seller account was created in March 2010 and have only 157 feedbacks, with 2 negatives.
This one looks quite new, so its totally a risk. I think, your should get it from a shop.
( I know, good sellers also start one day from 0 feedbacks.)

Just saw a stainless steel one at Aldi reduced from $499 to $399! Still have 1 in Hurstville on THursday.
