Under $1100 Cheap 4k HDR TV

I have been searching here and there to find TV that does swing my mind. Had to buy TCL 55c2us when it was on $712.

If you guys know any good one under $1100 and smaller than 55 inches with HDR or even Dolby Vision, please let me know.
