x24 Hosting Company Not forwarding EPP

We had a domain name expire and we paid the fee immediately upon realisation.

I understand that it normally takes 24 hours or more to propagate but I checked the status of the invoice and it still said it was unpaid. I definitely paid it, I have the receipt from Paypal to prove it. I contacted their support asking them to rectify it as we need the domain live again ASAP. There was no reply after 6 or more hours. I then checked the status of the invoice and it still says unpaid with a $10 or $20 late fee now attached! I've emailed again numerous times trying to get this rectified. It's all been ignored.

Finally having enough as we need the domain active as email is attached through it I've asked for the EPP code to transfer the domain elsewhere. And as you've probably guessed, that email too has been ignored.

Where do I go from here in order to transfer the domain away from this terrible hosting company?
